The GCVA provides a variety of community events to keep art alive in Alaska.
Recognized as a leader in Alaska’s arts community GCVA receives grants from the Anchorage Arts Advisory Commission and Alaska Arts and Cultural Foundation. As important, GCVA enjoys the support of the members of the Girdwood community through their generous donations of time and financial contributions.
As a result pottery, fabric, oil painting, watercolors, silk painting, woodworking, jewelry, glass, and more are available at our enchanting gallery. Visit us and take home a unique interpretation of Alaska from the Girdwood Center for the Visual Arts.
Join our mailing list to be informed of the lastest events and new art shows at GCVA. We do not share your information.
